Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our site, click on the item that you wish to purchase and place it into the shopping cart. Once you have finished shopping, click on the proceed to checkout button and you will be asked for a few details required to complete your order.

Shipping And Handling

Shipments are sent insured via Royal Mail or DHL by recorded delivery. It is the recipients responsibility to make sure that someone is available at the delivery address to accept and sign for the parcel. An attempt will be made by the courier service to redeliver the parcel up to a maximum of three times before the parcel is returned to us.

It is the duty of the recipient to check that the item has arrived in an undamaged condition BEFORE signing for safe receipt. Any damage should be highlighted to the delivery driver and reported to Backyard-Tanks immediately.

Upon checkout you will asked to select your region. The appropriate shipping costs will be added to your order.

Returns & Refunds

(Faulty/Damaged goods)

In the unlikely event that your order is faulty, damaged or does not match its description, please contact us immediately so we can authorise its return and arrange a refund or exchange.

(Unwanted goods)

If an item ordered does not meet your requirements (i.e. it is unwanted or you have changed your) please contact us within 7 working days from the date of invoice so we can authorise its return. Provided the item and its packaging remain unopened and undamaged, we will issue a refund once the goods have been safely returned to us. The original postage and packing charges are not refundable. You are responsible for the cost of returning an unwanted item and you should use a registered/recorded delivery service to guarantee its safe arrival.

Customs and Duty

With reference to overseas customers, Backyard-Tanks accepts no responsibility for any duty or taxes that are deemed payable on your order at the time of delivery to you. You assume and accept full responsibility for complying with your local rules and import legislation.
